Kozui
I’m now in the process of transferring my whole blog to Tumblr. Though my Weebly has served me well for months, I think I’m much more of a Tumblr girl. RIP, old blog.
Anyway, I went to Kozui yesterday with Jussy. It’s this tea place (again!) in Tomas Morato, but what sets it apart from others is that they actually sell their tea leaves and they have a pretty solid menu of Japanese yummy food.

I bought a jar of matcha powder for only 220 pesos, and that was the most expensive in their price range. The interiors are decorated pretty well, too. Sockets for laptop plugs are everywhere, plus, there’s free Wi-fi. It’s a good place for just relaxing and maybe working on a few school projects. Too bad it’s far from Katipunan.

Jus and I ordered matcha drinks: hers hot, mine cold (and mixed with melon). Yummy. We also ate cold Japanese noodles and to top it all off, we munched on awesome dark chocolate mochi (!!) truffles (a Kozui specialty).

Jus has been bugging me for months to go to this place (my love for milk tea all too apparent), and I’m glad I did. Good food + good company = really good catching up. Now I’m kinda wanting to get that first drink of iced matcha from the jar I bought…
By the way, merry Christmas, everyone. :)
