I am a senior majoring in Information Design. I used to dislike my course; now, I can’t imagine myself studying anything else. Except maybe Comm. But I’m not even sure about that.
Hmmm… I like theatre, taking pictures, doodling—basically all forms of art. The artist part of my brain is all the time at odds with the logical part (which my parents, sisters and Catholic education have nurtured and honed thoroughly), meaning I am always a total chaos inside of me, though I am very good at hiding it.
I procrastinate, but I try to get everything done. I think I procrastinate because I am a worrier. I am avoidant, too. Mix those two together, and there you have it, procrastination.
How am I avoidant? One of the ways: I like fiction. I can lose myself in a book for days. I don’t get many chances to do that, though, nowadays. I’m busy with thesis, all those Theo and Philo readings (which aren’t exactly the type of reads I get lost into).
Hmm, hmm. Yeah, that’s me today, in a nutshell.
